Before I setup MJ's Chocolates I made cupcakes, when I saw a recipe to add  chocolate truffles.

I wasn't into making chocolates, but the recipe nagged at me, so I decided to undertake a Training course.

When I de-moulded my first tray of Chocolates, it was like Diamonds are Forever moment, I thought this is for me...so MJ's Chocolates was born.
